以下有兩個例子:

例子1

Dear Sir:

    Inquiries regarding our new product, the ***, have been from all over the world. Reports from users confirm what we know before we put it on the market-that it is the best *** available.

Enclosed is our brochure.

                                              Your faithfully,

 

例子2

Dear Sir:

    We received your promotion latter and brochure today. We believe your product will do well in Taiwan. Kindly send us further detail and terms of sale. We ask you to make every effort to quote at competitive price in order to secure our business. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

                                        

                                         Truly,
